Parkinson’s Support Group of Tarrant County

With heavy hearts regarding the circumstances, and with gratitude for new ways to support the Parkinson’s community in Fort Worth, the Board of Directors decided unanimously for Parkinson’s Support Group of Tarrant County (PSGTC) to become dormant effective June 1, 2023.

As of June 1, 2023, the following resources are available in the Fort Worth area:

• Exercise Group (chair exercise) led by Vicky Stringer, Tuesday and Friday from 10:30am-11:30 am at Broadway Baptist Church (305 W Broadway Ave, Fort Worth, TX 76104)

• Caregivers’ meetings led by Steve Smith, 2nd & 4th Fridays from 10:30am-11:30am at Broadway Baptist Church (305 W Broadway Ave, Fort Worth, TX 76104)

• Monthly fellowship meetings in Bedford. For information, please contact info@psgtc.org.

• Endeavor Parkinsonology of Fort Worth (TCU)

• Moving with Grace (Dance for PD® Fort Worth)

• Punching Out Parkinson’s

• YMCA of Metropolitan Fort Worth – Pedaling for Parkinson’s
